Meet the Founder

Walter Perry, Sr. 

Suit Up! The World LLC was founded by Walter E. Perry, Sr., a certified life skills coach whose personal journey fuels every program we deliver. As a once-at-risk youth, Mr. Perry’s life was transformed through the guidance of dedicated mentors. That experience became his calling: to equip the next generation with the practical tools and inner strength they need to thrive.

A proud Texas A&M University-San Antonio alumnus, Mr. Perry earned both his Bachelor of Business in Marketing and his MBA from the university. His academic foundation, combined with real-world experience, allows him to deliver authentic, results-focused coaching that bridges the gap between potential and performance.

Today, Suit Up! The World LLC serves as the parent organization to the SUIT UP! Program (our 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm). We partner with schools, law enforcement, workforce agencies, and community organizations across South Texas and beyond to deliver high-impact life skills training, workforce readiness, and re-entry support.
